Product Use and Food Safety Disclaimer
Cahogi is designed for temporary storage of opened canned pet food between servings. It is intended to help reduce air exposure after a can has been opened, but it does not make pet food shelf-stable, sterile, or safe to leave unrefrigerated.
Opened canned pet food should always be refrigerated and handled according to the pet food manufacturer’s instructions. Users are responsible for inspecting the lid, seal, valve, pump, and can before each use, and for keeping all components clean and in good condition.
Cahogi is designed for specific can sizes and may not fit all cans. Do not use the product with damaged, severely dented, irregular, or incompatible cans. Discontinue use if the lid, seal, valve, or pump appears damaged, worn, contaminated, or unable to maintain an appropriate seal.
Cahogi is not a veterinary, nutritional, medical, or therapeutic product. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any disease or health condition in pets.
Use of Cahogi does not replace refrigeration, safe food-handling practices, manufacturer instructions, or common sense.
